Staff work hard to ‘tune into’ children’s interests and use carefully planned curriculum sequences to develop a high quality learning environment. We are continually reflecting on and modifying areas, adding ,resources and ‘workshop areas’ are changed on a regular basis to ensure that children's curiosity is sparked !
The Hazel Room has extensive learning spaces both inside and outside. There is also a variety of spaces for whole group, small group and individual work. All areas are well planned to offer a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum.
The children are encouraged to be independent learners, to explore, discover and experiment, solve problems and review their successes. They are encouraged to express themselves and share experiences with the other children and adults.
